**Refund Policy:**

Bxxgie’s Closet provides a limited refund policy. For products that have not been activated or used, we may offer a partial refund. The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus an administration fee and payment processor fee, which together may total up to 50% of the original payment price. The exact amount of the fee is determined at our discretion, based on the specifics of each refund request. Once a product has been activated, it is considered used and non-returnable; no refunds will be issued for activated products. All refund requests must be made in writing to our customer support team within 48 hours from purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be considered.

**Website Usage:**

All registration and payment information you submit must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms and comply with them. You must not be a minor or you must have received parental permission if you are a minor. Automated access to the site through means like bots or scripts is prohibited. Your use of the site must comply with all applicable laws. Providing false information can lead to the suspension or termination of your account. **Product Usage:**

You must obtain a license key or user account through Bxxgie’s Closet’s payment system. Bxxgie’s Closet is not liable for claims regarding third-party intellectual property rights; users must protect Bxxgie’s Closet from such claims. Accounts are intended for use on one computer unless otherwise deemed appropriate by Bxxgie’s Closet staff. Accounts can be deactivated or deleted for sharing across multiple computers without approval, issuing chargebacks or disputes, misuse or tampering with software, abusive behavior or misconduct, violating community guidelines, working for entities opposing Bxxgie’s Closet, or using software on virtual machines or with hardware spoofers.

**Hardware Products (DMA Cards and Others):**

By procuring hardware from Bxxgie’s Closet, you expressly acknowledge that all such products are provided “as is,” with no express or implied warranties whatsoever. Bxxgie’s Closet shall bear no liability for any damage, loss, or liability arising from the use, misuse, or installation of said products. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all pertinent legal statutes and regulations concerning the hardware. No assurance is given by Bxxgie’s Closet regarding the compatibility of the hardware with your existing systems or software.

With respect to returns, Bxxgie’s Closet will facilitate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or consider a refund solely upon your active collaboration with our support services and the hardware supplier in troubleshooting any encountered issues. Such facilitation is conditional upon the return of the product in its original, unmodified state and following all RMA instructions issued by us or the manufacturer. The customer shall bear all costs associated with the return shipment.

No refunds will be issued post-payment, except under the terms of the RMA process delineated herein. Shipping times are variable and not guaranteed; upon dispatch, all risk of loss and title to the hardware transfer to you. Claims regarding defective hardware must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of receipt. By purchasing, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Bxxgie’s Closet, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any and all claims, damages, or losses associated with the hardware.

**Customer Support:**

Customer support requests are processed within 24 hours unless unforeseen issues arise.

**Lifetime Subscriptions:**

“Lifetime” or “Life” keys are offered at developer discretion and are valid only while the product is supported and updated by the developer. No specific duration is guaranteed. Refunds and compensation ARE NOT APPLICABLE for lifetime keys.

**Purchases and Payments:**

You must provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and billing information. All payments must be in U.S. dollars; you authorize us to charge your payment provider for purchases. Bxxgie’s Closet can correct pricing errors, refuse orders, limit quantities, and prohibit orders from dealers or resellers. Unauthorized or fraudulent payments will result in account termination or legal action.

**Cancellation:**

You may cancel orders before goods or services are delivered.

**Downtime Compensation:**

Bxxgie’s Closet reserves the right to deny downtime compensation or requests to pause software license keys. Downtime compensation is almost always determined by our vendors.

**End-User License Agreement (EULA):**

You must accept all terms of the EULA to download, install, or use the Software. Bxxgie’s Closet retains all rights to the Software. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use. You cannot modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Software. Breaching the EULA revokes your license.
